This machine Laser cuts our loop material to keep from having any loose threads, etc.

and seals the material. As if there is loose material, it will make the unit unstable.

Cannot use any type of blade or cutting device. Has to be laser.

Otherwise, it’s a compromise.

Second step in the loop assembly:

Sewing together and laser cutting holes for attaching to the base.

This adds to the strength and insures the loop will never become detached from the base.

Attaching the loop to the base ring.

Must be done by hand to make sure the loop is seated correctly.

Special high pressure machine to properly close the ring and base with loop.

We have special molds to do all the work properly and correctly.

Assembly by hand would be a compromise.
