To our PPE and Promotional Product Industry Family –

We’ve been thinking a lot about you lately — our customers, our employees, both local and long distance, and our greater cities, towns and communities.

Your health and your safety are our top priority and at the very heart & soul of every decision we make. And we are thinking of you.

We believe it’s very critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission and spread of the COVID-19, Coronavirus, WuHan virus.

Here are some of the mny steps we habe been and are taking to protect everyone in this ever-evolving situation. As circumstances change, we change and adapt to the current situation.


We are working tirelessly to make sure that PPE and Promo Products are available when you need and/or want them.


  • We are diligently and stringently following the guidelines and best practices from the CDC / Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
  • Across all of our warehouses and facilities, by increasing our daily cleaning routines, which includes washing of hands more, using hand sanitizer, and the cleaning of all machines, warehouse equipment and office furniture, phones, etc. cleaning and sterilization.


Shipping –

FedEx, UPS and DHL are experiencing other than normal conditions world-wide.

The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national governments around the world to issue work and travel restrictions on a daily basis which are impacting our ability to meet our high standards of service.

At the moment the shipping industry is overwhelmed, understaffed, and is therefore not always able to release information to the public and its customers in a timely or clear manner.

Additionally, social distancing protocols that courier companies and shipping centers alike have adopted to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep their employees safe have further impacted the speed of these services.

Simply put, our shipping partners have been dramatically affected by this pandemic.
